Which sites are supported?
Public video links from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X are supported. YouTube is not supported yet.
Where do I find the video link?
Open the video in its app or website and look for Copy link in the share or three-dot menu. You can also copy the address from your browser when viewing the video. Paste the full link here.
Why does Paste ask me to paste again?
On a phone, press and hold in the link field and choose Paste. On a computer, use the Paste button or your keyboard shortcut. Your browser may ask you to confirm clipboard access.
Where will my video be saved?
On a computer, Save to downloads uses your browser’s usual download folder. On a phone, Save video opens the share menu where supported. Mobile sharing requires a browser that supports sharing video files.
How do I save to my photo library?
On a phone, tap Save video, then choose Save Video or your photo app in the share menu. On a computer, download the video and import it into your photo app. On mobile, videos must be under 100 MB and your browser must support sharing video files. Try a smaller quality if needed.
Why might a link not work?
A link may point to text, photos or several videos, come from an unsupported site, or require a login. The source may also limit access to public videos. Try opening the individual video and copying its link. Private, live and protected videos are not supported; we never ask for your social account password.
What should I save?
Save videos you own or have permission to download. Being publicly viewable doesn’t automatically make a video available for reuse.
